SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Items sold on this website are for UK Delivery ONLY. If you require delivery outside the UK you must contact us before placing your order.
STANDARD DELIVERY: Our standard delivery is normally by Royal Mail second class (3-5 business day delivery aim). We reserve the right to use an alternative carrier at our discretion.
The following rates apply:
£1.50 for up to two track items
£3.50 for any other order with a total value between £4 and £99.99
Orders over £100 get free standard delivery.
We are happy to ship for faster delivery, but please contact us for a price before ordering.
NON-DELIVERY OF ITEMS:
If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will investigate and refund in full if lost.
Standard delivery requires a delay of 10 business days before an item can be declared lost; we will refund as soon as possible after that.
Note that, although we don't use normally use tracking services, we do use barcoded postage labels for all items. The carrier can therefore determine whether they have delivered or not. While the vast majority of customers are honest, there is a tiny minority who sometimes “forget” they had an item delivered. In fairness to all, and to keep our prices low, please bear with us while we check the delivery status with our carrier – we will always refund for genuine lost items.
If our carrier is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our carrier within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free of charge).
An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:
you provided the wrong address for delivery;
there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;
the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;
the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed;
if in-person receipt is not required, there is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery; or
if in-person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
